Service Description

Over the course of this 4-week, hands-on workshop, each student will design and create their very own custom backpack — learning foundational sewing skills along the way in a fun, supportive studio environment. What to Expect Week 1: Introduction to the sewing machine — including threading, winding a bobbin, and learning basic techniques. Campers will also begin designing their backpack, selecting fabrics and notions, and cutting their materials. Weeks 2 & 3: Continued work on the sewing machine as students begin constructing their backpacks step-by-step, building confidence and skills along the way. Week 4: Finishing touches! Students will complete their backpacks and add custom details to make their project uniquely their own. Camp Details Schedule: Fridays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Duration: 4 consecutive weeks Cost: $400 per student (includes full 4-week session) Each session includes a short mid-day break — please send your child with a snack and beverage. A Creative Experience They’ll Be Proud Of: By the end of the workshop, each student will leave with: 1. A fully finished, custom backpack 2. Foundational sewing skills 3.
